38525 MILES ON CLOCKCHEAP ON INSURANCE, ROAD TAX & PETROLNEW BATTERYM.O.T UNTIL JUL 2015ROAD TAX UNTIL JAN 2015ROOF REPLACED 2013FULL SERVICE HISTORY Service due and side skirt needs to be replaced -both easy and cheap jobs -I unfortunately do not have enough time to dedicate at present.I have taken both of these factors into consideration and reflects in my reserve.
