Recent work carried out: Engine Serviced, New Oil, oil filter, air-filter and fuel filter. New fuel filter sensor, new rear exhaust back box with chrome tailpipe, new CV joint on rear propshaft. New Load assisters fitted to rear springs, New tow-bar and twin electrics. Rear Axle and gearbox oil change, new auxillary belt.
The car is surplus to requirements and gets very little use, the EML is on an which has been diagnosed as 1 or 2 glowplugs need replacing (about £30) never bothered me as car starts ok even on cold days. The exterior bodywork has a few battle scars so don"t expect it to be in showroom condition, The interior is in good clean condition, loads of storage room in the rear along with various cubby holes, cupholders etc The tyres are all legal but the tread is low. I had the towbar etc fitted when i bought the car and have only used it twice to tow our caravan and car transporter trailer which it did with no effort at all.
This is a good reliable 4x4 with a Mercedes pedigree which is capable of pulling up to 3500Kg, Remember it is 12 years old and may need a bit of TLC to bring it up to tip-top condition. Sold on a As Is basis
