The car is in overall good condition for the age and an MOT until July 2015.
The tyres are good as is the bodywork and interior.
I understand from someone at the local garage that it is the timing chain that is probably gone or slipping.
I have been quoted about £600 for the job.
It is not worth it for me but if you can do it yourself or want the spares grab a bargain.
As it is a non runner it will need picking up with a trailer as it is a 4X4
