Lovely Lotus ELISE 111S 2005 done just 48k miles
Pretty much original, only mods stainless steal back box and huricane induction.
MOT"d until 2nd June 2017
I"ve owned since November 2015, previous owner since 2011. I had a Honda Exige and before that a 111S, I enjoyed the Exige but loved my old 111S so last year decided to sell the Exige and replace it with this however I have now decided to sell up completely and try something different. In my opinion the 111S is one off the best options for drivability, its just all round fun with enough power to leave some of the hothatches standing that give the slower 120 ELISE a run for it"s money.
This is a recorded cat D write off which means nothing, all my cars are recorded write off"s, I have built two Lotus"s from scratch including my Honda Exige and know these cars inside out. Cat D is the lightest category, this had a scrape on the rear clam which has been repaired as damaged really was minimial and damage to rear off side suspension. Every damaged part on the suspension was replaced, new inner and outer toe links fitted, new ball joints and new wheel bearing so car is perfect. There was no chassis damage, chassis is absolutly mint. Rear subframe is perfect. Full geo (4 wheel alignment) undertaken by Andy Stanford at QMECH (Lotus specialist) so the car drives absolutly perfect.
Any inspection from anyone welcome, AA, RAC, Lotus specialist etc, there is nothing to hide.
Car is registered to me at my home address, has just had a oil service, fuel filter and airfilter clean and recharge. There is no service history however MOT history validates mileage. These are only going up in value and geting few and far between with low mileage. Priced to sell, insurance paid out £15k and it was well worth that and would still be if it wasn"t listed as Cat D, most mint 111S"s of this age are up for sale for that or more, priced at £12k to take into account it"s a Cat D.
