This car has one previous husband/wife owner before us.
Now on 180,000 miles the car has a clean bill of health, it has been maintained fastidiously which you can tell before even opening a door. The car is wearing its original dealership ‘Vindis VW’ number plates AND backing plates. Both remote locking keys are present (the spare is as new) along with the Vindis VW leather key fob and full dealership leather book pack.
The car has been cherished by its first owners, and then well kept by us. You will not believe the condition of the car, there is no damage to speak of, the car isn’t peppered in stone chips and the interior isn’t worn. In fact I would challenger you to find a nice example for this money.
FULL service history by supplying Vindis main dealership up until 2014 (see pic) and then self serviced since then using vw507.00 long life PD specific spec oil. So as you can see, top quality oils have been used.
The car has just had new front disc brakes fitted along with crankshaft sensor.
The full dealership book pack is present, containing all of the user manuals.
There is no real wear to the interior – it’s a lovely place to be with having the Sport fleck interior (same as Lupo GTi), the original paintwork is very nice, extremely responsive and drives very solid with NO creaks or knocks, this is a quality car and holds the road with a nice stance. A well finished, comfortable car. Full main dealer servicing speaks bucket loads for the way this car drives, it does not rattle or pull over the road, it handles excellently and really does deny its age/mileage. It packs a punch with the turbocharged 3cylinder and is very nippy. Since in our ownership, it has been cared for using top quality products and the paintwork beads-up water nicely.
Inspect the pictures, there is no wear on any of the seats – no damage to the interior – even the factory fitted rubber over mats are in great condition. The toolkit, locking wheel nut key and spare wheel are all present. Please do not discount this car based upon its average of 15k miles per year, its condition will knock the socks off most, if not all Lupo Sport TDi"s!
These cars are renowned for their reliability and they’re rarity these days, seals a future for a sought after sporty small car. Can achieve over 70mpg combined if you are frugal with it, coupled with low insurance.
