Warranty Auto Devotion Vehicle Warranties are provided by Auto Protect (MBI) Ltd. Cars under eight (8) years old and/or 80000 miles at time of sale will be sold with an Auto Protect "Premier Plus" Warranty. Cars over eight (8) years old and/or 80000 miles will be sold with an Auto Protect "Standard" Warranty. Both Warranties cover a period of three months from date of purchase.

No liability will accepted for:
- Fair wear and tear, normal deterioration, the effects of poor repairs or incorrectly fitted and/or faulty parts (excluding those fitted by ourselves) and faults or defects notified at the time of sale. Any accessories fitted or supplied by us (Dealer fitted) will be entitled to the benefit of any warranty given by the manufacturer of those accessories.
- Normal wear and tear and service items subject to routine maintenance or periodic repair include but are not limited to: Tyres, brake friction material, clutch facings, wiper blades,/rubbers, V belts, hoses, light bulbs/units, battery and exhaust systems. Working materials such as oils, oil filter and anti-freeze are covered only if it is essential to replace them because of the failure of a part which is covered under this warranty.
- Items commensurate with vehicle age, mileage and price paid not affecting the legal safety of the vehicle. This includes but is not limited to: Cosmetic items, including paintwork, dents, glass, seat coverings/facings, internal decorative trim, and carpets.
- Loss of whatsoever nature arising directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, due to any act or omission which is wilful, unlawful
or negligent on your or the driver of the vehicles part.
- Damage or physical injury caused by fire, accident and/or road hazard whether or not insured under any motor insurance or accidental damage policy.
This policy does not apply to vehicles used for hire or reward, vehicles used for any type of competition or race or vehicles that have been modified or customised beyond the manufacturer’s original specification.
