This has all been carried out by my regular local mechanic with invoice"s to prove. I have left the book unstamped in case the next owner wants to keep the history all Porsche for when its next scheduled service is due which isn"t until May 2017 or when the car reaches 55,500 miles (every 2 years or 20,000 miles).
Car comes with full Porsche service history which is as follows (also see photo below):

Next service not due until end of May 2017 or once mileage has reached 55,600 miles (whatever comes first, intervals are every 2 years/20,000 miles) although as the car has now covered 43,000 miles as mentioned above, I have asked my mechanic to carry out a minor oil and filter change. He has checked the car over thoroughly. No oil leaks.
Exterior of car is in excellent condition for age and mileage. No nasty scuffs or dents. If I was to be fussy there are a few light scuff marks on the rear bumper where previous owners have caught it slightly putting things in and out the boot and there is a slight acid stain on the roof where a bird deposit has been left too long and has stained the paintwork (about the size of a £2 coin). One rear light has hairline crack (not letting in water) Tyres all have 3-4mm tread all round (legal limit 1.6mm) 
Interior of car is also excellent, few places of wear to be expected on bolster edges of driver seat, plastics, around door handles, few minor stains on carpet etc...but nothing at all major. 
Car comes with V5, MOT certificate/s (past and present), book pack with all the manuals, fully stamped service book, a few accompanying service invoices, HPI certificate but unfortunately only have the one key...
