PLEASE READ FULL DESCRIPTION Mitsubishi Outlander 2.2 DI-D 2008/08 7 seater. It has just passed its mot. It has lots of extras being the diamond edition. Full leather Heated seats Electric seats Sat nav (will require an update) Front dvd head unit Middle fold down tv (Can’t get headphones to work) Parking sencorsReverse camera THERE IS A GEARBOX FAULT WITH THIS CAR BUT IT DOES RUN AND DRIVE. When it is in neutral it makes a funny noise which could be mistaken for a noisy thrust bearing as when you push the clutch pedal down the noise disappears. It also has no sixth gear, meaning you can put the car in sixth gear, but when you let your foot of the clutch it makes the same noise as neutral but only louder and a lot faster. It drives fine in all other gears and if you keep you foot on clutch pedal at traffic lights you would never no there was a fault.
I bought this car 1 year ago with this fault as I needed a 7 seater for the summer with the kids. I was going to source a second hand box at some point and fit it at work, but due to now needing more seats it has to go, so somebody with no how to fit a gearbox could have themselves a bargain.
