Mid 2008 ALFA 147 JTDM Sport 1.9 130bhp. Very nice specification including 17 alloy wheels, Air con, power steering, abs, electric windows, sports seats and best of all a 1.9 JTDM Diesel engine possibly the best diesel ever made!
The car has a Great service history, 11 stamps in the book and has lived most of its life at 80 mph on a motorway, this owner had done 20,000 miles a year for the last 5 years so its been very kind to the car rather than stop start around town! so nice the original cambelt was still going (just) at 120,000 miles (now changed for a new cambelt kit and water pump at 121000 miles with invoice)
Fully HPI clear with certificates from this week, no accidents or finance!
The car has just had a MOT in March, Full Service, front suspension arms / balljoints at the end of march and a full Cambelt kit and water pump change in May so thats a £400 cambelt bill and a £200 service and mot you dont have to pay out for!

INSIDE
Very clean and tidy, no rips or damage to any of the sports seats they are in stunning condition more like what you would expect from a 60k car, Original CD headunit, Air conditioning (working but not the coldest may want a gas top up), electric windows,a true credit to its last owners. Bad points Cup holder does not spring out and one front seat fold catches seams to have given up
OUTSIDE
Again very clean and tidy, The best colour for a ALFA Bright red! Paintwork very bright and shiny could do with a quick mop and polish as it does have some poor carwash swirls but nothing that wont polish out! , no sign of any old crash damage, all gaps good even has its rear tow cover still intact. The condition is well above average for a 8 year old car, Bad points a few stone chips to the front from motorway driving and a few tiny touched in scraches (pictured)! its NOT even got all the normal trolly dents these seam to attract down the doors!
MECHANICSUnstopable 1.9 JTDM engine just as you would expect, no funny noises, no smoke and no leaks. This car has had a FULL service + Cambelt and waterpump + thermostat housing change in the last 500 miles so should be ready for a good few years of service. Clutch feels very good and is light with no sign of any issues from doing nothing on the motorways, shows 50mpg driven nicely 35-40 normal around town in traffic. Gear changes nice and smooth, this has the 5 speed box that goes on forever without any problems. no nasty noises, feels nice and tight to drive, pulls VERY well i would think its possibly had a remap as it seams better on diesel than normal and a little bit faster. recent new battery to! Took this on holiday and it did a 400 mile trip no problem at all!
Conditions of saleThis is a trade sale at well below dealer four court prices so is sold without warranty, any trial is welcome and as with any purchase i would recomend you bring someone that knows what they are looking at. I have delt with ALFA"s for years and owned a few GT"s 147"s and 156"s over the years and i have to say this is in great condition, i know a dog when i see one and would never go near a bad ALFA only good ones!
Price
The price on this is Firm and takes into account the condition & major jobs that have been done, there are cheaper ones out there if you want a snotter! This is sat outside my house taxed and insured costing me £22 a month so no rush to sell and not intrested in selling it ANY cheaper. Its already probably a bit to cheap, if it was on a dealers fourcourt it would be £3295 car i am sure
PaperworkFull Hpi check print out showing the car to be clear, All handbooks and service book with history stamps mainly at the same garage appart from the last for the cambelt, Mot print out showing miles to be correct, some service bills, Full V5 main part only back part was lost by the guy that px"d it in, i DO have the V5c2 document ref number so it can be taxed online by the new buyer and i am happy to hand over the full v5 for the buyer to take to the post office themself. 2 working remote keys with the car. Full invoice will be given, ID will be needed from the buyer should they wish to take the whole V5 with them instead of me sending it off, same goes for any traders
