2008 Honda CIVIC Type-R. 
Totally standard, 67500 miles (will be used daily so may go up slightly) 
Mot November 2015 and full service history, although next minor now due. 3 previous owners.
Ive had the car just over 14 months and reason for sale is that Ive just had a new car through my business.
The car is overall in good condition, there are a few scuffs and minor marks etc as expected from a 6 year old car,so PLEASE if you are expecting Show room condition....save us both the hassle and dont bother.
In pic 6 is the small scuff / dink on the bit of the bumper and pic 7 shows the front sill, thats been done on a kerb and repainted but could maybe do with a good sand and proper paint. 
There are NO rust patches. Tyres are good all round, the front ones have done only 1000 miles or so (avon)
Never had any issues at all with the car, always treated in the correct manner, never taken over 5000 revs until warm.
Interior, again in overall good condition,there is a small cigarette burn on driver seat which was there when I bought the car, other than that just the normal wear, odd mark, could probs do with a good valet which im hoping to get done before sale.
