I’m proud to offer my stunning Lotus EXIGE S to the market
With a mere 1 previous owner the EXIGE has had a pampered existence and remained close to its supplying dealer (Stratton motor company) until recently. The mileage is extremely low (10,500 miles!) and as such the cars condition is as new. The car has never seen a track day or an unsympathetic right foot in its short lifespan.

The bodywork:
The bodywork was spec’d in 2008 in a very desirable ‘starlight black’ metallic paint, and still looks as good as the day it rolled out the factory. The paint has a very deep shine and is completely original with no paintwork or repairs in its lifetime. The ‘rooflong’ air intake scoop was also spec’d to force cold air into the intercooler.
The interior :
The inside of the EXIGE still has the aroma of a new car; very little use of the car is evident when sat inside. The touring pack advantages are noticeable immediately with the leather/alcantara door cards at hand and with the ProBax leather bucket seats holding you very snugly but in surprising comfort. The air conditioning is exemplary and keeps the cabin cool very well.
There is even a cup holder in the EXIGE and a very nice and very Lotus looking one at that, The alpine CD player is very good and keeps up to date with iPod/phone compatibility giving excellent sound (if one chooses not to listen to the delightful sound of the supercharger)
The engine:
The engine is that of the Toyota VVT fame giving extreme reliability, ease of service and tune. The engine of course being so low mileage is in as new condition with no modifications from factory. The supercharger gives the EXIGE an abundance of character and creates an aggressive tone on boost.
With up rated power output of 240BHP as part of the sports pack
The car has been owned by a single owner from new and wanted for nothing, meticulous servicing was always enforced and has been enjoyed but certainly not ‘thrashed’
We have however fit a stainless steel back box (original retained) giving the Lotus a more purposeful sound!
The gearbox:
The gearbox is an absolute delight to operate and gives a very satisfyingly positive feel when upshifting and downshifting. The benefit of the sports pack in the uprated cutch which will take anything you can throw at it, The clutch of course feels very positive and is joy to use in traffic and uphill starts
Launch control and variable slip traction control feature and give the Lotus serious track/fun potential
 
The wheels & tyres:
The wheels are the stain black multi spokes that were fit from new and as such no modifications have been carried out. New TOYO 888’s were shod to the rears just last week and the fronts are almost new. The tyres are unreal.. they give the car a ‘handles on rails’ feel
The brakes& suspension:
The brakes are extremely impressive, the up rated from factory AP 4 POT brakes stop you immediately and without drama. They give a very firm pedal and have no nasty vibrations or squeals.
The car handles extremely well as you’d imagine but gives a very comfortable ride on country roads and is very tight and nimble.
