Description Any Fiat PANDA is going to be a cost-effective city-car, but those in the ECO range reduce the costs and up the efficiency even further.
Similar to VW"s BlueMotion or Ford"s ECOnetic offerings, these PANDAs were carefully redesigned to keep carbon emissions and running costs to the bare minimum. This 1.1 Active ECO, for example, reaches an impressively low CO2 emission average of 119g/km, returns a ridiculous average petrol consumption of 56.5MPG (going as high as 68.3MPG in the extra-urban bracket), is in the lowest possible insurance group and costs just £30 to tax for a full twelve months. Inside, there"s not a host of luxuries and electronic gizmoes like many modern cars, but that again means there"s less to go wrong and cost you hundreds to repair! It"s simple, affordable, no-frills motoring - which is precisely what many of us want!
And this example of an Active ECO in particular is a superb one. Having covered just 29k miles from new it"s in excellent condition in every respect. The low mileage reading is 100% verified by the service history which consists of seven stamps in the book (four of these are direct from a main Fiat dealership, and the most recent courtesy of a respected independent specialist) plus records of every MoT test it has ever had. Its current certificate is valid through until February and it flew straight through without a single advisory notice, but so confident are we in its superior mechanical condition that we will renew this for a full year at the asking price. Cosmetically, it"s equally as good too. There"s really not a single mark inside and on the bright Vanilla Yellow paintwork you could maybe spot one or two tiny little marks, and even then only when looking extremely closely.
If you"re looking for the cheapest motoring available, the PANDA ECO is certainly going to be right at the top of your list and I honestly can"t imagine there will be too many in better condition than this one.
