We have owned this PANDA from new in May 2009, specifically as a car for the younger end of the family to drive whilst learning to drive - there was not much around at Group 1 insurance and £30 a year road tax! This is the best car ever for driving in snow - it will go where others fear to tread.
First the good stuff, it had a new exhaust and front tyres in May and the rear tyres still have most of their tread. MOT runs to May 2017. It has had seat covers so the upholstery is in very good condition. Covers can be thrown in if required. It also has a space saver spare and toolkit. Two coded keys.
The body is rust free, despite minor dinks to both front doors and could really benefit from a new plastic front bumper and grill following a slight impact with a small Muntjac deer. This is all really cosmetic.
Real issue is the misfire, which occurs at low throttle settings, it runs fine at speed. I have had a new MAP sensor fitted and changed the throttle body (second hand) to no avail. There are currently no fault codes showing although it was previously showing P0105 and P0120. The car has a nasty habit of running perfectly as soon as it gets anywhere near a garage!
I guess it would make a good buy for someone happy with tinkering with Fiats, the answer is probably simple, if only it would display the problem consistently!
