vehicle description:

up for auction is a 59 plate Renault CLIO gt in black with low milage this is a very nice car for the year it has a six speed gearbox full body kit rear spoiler alloy wheels quarter leather seats rear tinted glass directional headlights overall its in lovely condition sadly the car is listed as a cat d this means it has been subject to a insurance claim the car had minimal damage I got the car direct from the insurers and repaired it myself the only thing that was damaged was the front bumper and the headlight and that was all I replaced the headlight with a new genuine one and repaired the bumper and painted it this is the only thing the car has had done and I welcome any inspection from yourselves or the AA and you will not find any further damage on this car except what I have mentioned the car has been well looked after by the previous owner since I have had the car I have been driving it myself and it drove perfect but there is a slight crunch in fourth gear i have still been using the car myself and it does not affect the way that it drives it still drives perfect and performs as it should the forth gear crunch is only a slight one i have looked into this and this was a common fault on the tl4 gearbox the fourth gear was the common fault all the other gears are perfect  but fourth gear would have to be replaced at some point or replace the gearbox but i would drive as it is, its been like this for a few months and has not got any worse this a really nice car to drive looks nice and are very sort after i don"t have time to get it fixed myself as i am very busy with work i am using the car on a daily basis so the milage may change slightly i have the logbook for the car which is in my name i would not be put off that its a cat d as this was very minor damage the gearbox issue is something you can do in your own time or if it gets worse which i don"t think it will and its a six speed gear box this is a lovely car and enjoyable to drive the overall condition is lovely  i have been totally honest with the description of this car and i urge people to come out and view the car and test drive it this way you will be able to test the gearbox for yourself and appreciate the overall condition of this car,,on one of the pictures the door mirror is broke this will be fixed the time the auction ends
if this car was not listed as a cat d and did not have the gearbox issue i would be selling this car for £4000 plus because of the condition and the milage this is a very low milage car i have seen one on here with the same gearbox issue for £3850 with high milage only a few weeks ago i want to be realistic with the price of this car so i am looking for £2500 or close to it this will save all the questions about how much i want for it i will consider offers from serious people please no time wasters if you have any questions please feel free to email me or if you would like to arrange a viewing
