You are bidding on a damaged/repairable motorcycle that is registered on HPI as insurance “write off”. The motorcycle can go back on the road, but it is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure the vehicle is roadworthy and legal before using on the public highway.

Viewings and collections are between the hours of 2.00pm and 4.30pm Monday to Friday by PRIOR APPOINTMENT ONLY.
Unfortunately, viewings and collections are not possible outside these times.

Payment and Delivery details:
Payment must be made in full by PayPal, including delivery charge, before any bike is released.
The buyer is required to send, via an message, delivery details to us (full name, 2 contact numbers and full address).
When purchasing a motorcycle, purchasers will be required to provide photo identity (photo card driving licence or passport) when collecting or arranging delivery.
If delivery is required, our logistics team will make contact within 7 working days to arrange a suitable time. Please be aware that delivery can take up to 10 working days from the time our logistics team make contact with you and is not available at weekends.
Delivery: Delivery can be arranged at an additional cost of £180 + VAT to mainland UK (excluding Scotland – please call for quote and further details).
Collection: The successful bidder is required to make payment in full and collection must be made within 7 days of the auction ending.
Bikes must be collected with a Van / Trailer / Pickup WHICH IS FITTED WITH A LIFT OR RAMP FACILITY – WE ARE UNABLE TO ASSIST WITH LIFTING A BIKE IN TO YOUR VEHICLE. Bikes must not be ridden away.

Storage charges may apply if a bike is left on-site for an excessive amount of time.
If payment is not made within this time, then an “unpaid item dispute” will be opened against the buyer. Once opened, the buyer must pay for the item within 4 days. If payment is still not made within this time then the item will be re-listed.
We accept PayPal OR PAYMENT BY CARD ON COLLECTION (All auctions will run until the end and will not be ended early).
Terms & conditions:
Running: Please note that if the advert specifies the bike as “running”; this means that it was started and ran at the time of inspection. The time between inspection and the advert being placed varies and we cannot guarantee that the motorcycle will start and run upon collection/delivery.
“Running” in no way implies or imparts any guarantees as to the mechanical integrity of the motorcycle.
Non-running: If we have advertised it as a “non-runner” this could be due to several things, e.g. old fuel, flat battery, mechanical damage, damaged wiring or ignition etc. (this is not an exhaustive list). We will try our best to image any relevant damage to the above; however we will not respond to any questions asking why it does not run.
Mileage: The Mileage on speedometers of used motorcycles may differ from actual distances covered and must be disregarded.
Motorcycles are sold “as is” with no warranties implied or given. It is your responsibility to assess the damage via the listing images or by arranging to view the motorcycle before you place a bid. We will always try our best to image all of the damage, however we cannot be held responsible for any damage missed or damage that may not be obvious from the photographs.
