Postage and packaging. We aim to dispatch within 2 working days of purchase and payment and in most cases we use a next day 24hr delivery service. A tracking number can be obtained on request. Small items will be sent out by first class recorded delivery with Royal Mail.
Goods will only be sent to a CONFIRMED address if paying by pay-pal. Please make sure you have the delivery address correct on your pay-pal account. Payment by debit or credit card, the delivery will be sent to the registered card address only.
Please check goods before signing for damage. We cannot be held responsible if courier service has damaged goods and it has been signed for. Please allow a bit longer around Bank holidays or if the weather is very bad.
Collection. Item can be picked up from our workshop / shop between the hour of business Mon-Fri 8.00am till 5.15pm and Sat 8am till 2.30pm please call to arrange. A fully fitting service for most parts and repairs can also be arranged. We are based in Glastonbury in Somerset just 10 minute from clacks village shopping centre.

Payment. We would like to be paid within 5 days of item ending. we accept paypal, most credit cards, cash on collection and bankers transfer for the more bigger item.
Multiple items. We can combine postage and packaging charges. Depending on size and weight. Normally we charge  £10 up to 15kgs. If not sure please wait until we invoice you.
Feedback. When you receive your item and all is ok please leave positive feedback and we will do the same for you. If you are not happy with the item or service please contact us first so we can resolve the problem the best way todo this would be call us on 01458 834930 or email via ebay with invoice number so we can resolve the issue quickly. 
Returns. We accept returns up to 7 days after purchase but they have to be returned in original packaging with no damage (no grubby finger prints unused). Once returned, a refund will be issued with a 20% handling fee discounted and Postage will sadly not be refunded unless item is find to be at faulty.
Warranty. All new parts come with warranty unless they are clearance stock. And all used parts come with 90 day warranty,  full refund will be issued if item / part find to be at fault or item will be fully replaced like for like please retain your receipt as this is your guarantee for goods and all item return under the warranty will be tried and test before warranty is issued.
