Glynn Geddie - British GT title winner , played a key role in developing the Musso’s standard set-up.In results this truck doesn"t bounce and roll around the circuit like standard road pick-up,instead it darts and squats like rear wheel drive hot hatch.
Racing Musso is quite different to its road-going counterpart, which has a one-tonne payload and a 3.5-tonne towing capacity. The track version hasProflex bespoke racing suspension,light weight Speedline 18 inch alloys with Avon semi slick tyres and has been on a strict diet, losing practically all interior trim from the dashboard back to shave close to 400kg from the kerb weight. A Safety Devices rollcage has been fitted with Corbeau Revenge racing seat and harness and the racing Musso still tips the scales at a 1720kg
Although it is a workhorse pick-up, the sports accents give it a lot more character. The lightened body and tunned engine allows for faster acceleration. The car has been fitted with all the racing accessories of track legal car inc engine cut off and fire extinguisher.Under the bonnet, you will find a 2.2 diesel engine factury tunned up to 205bhp.

Although it"s a factory built racing truck it can be converted to standard road spec musso. It will need new seats,carpets, standard dampers and springs,steering wheel, wheels and engine new software as tunned software has 205 bhp traction control and airbag deactivated - it can fail a MOT test ,at the moment it"s road legal as it doesn"t need mot being 1 years old but with racing dampers and slick tyres is not recommended for use on public roads.
