This Robin was taken off the road in 2014 as I went back to 2 wheels. Previous to that it was used for commuting - it ran ok though the plan was to get the engine repaired as it had only around 50% compression in each cylinder. My Uncle who always looked after any repairs for me did mean to overhaul the engine but sadly became ill and has recently passed away. I don"t have the skills or the funds to do the job myself so hence I am selling.
The car has stood for many years so obviously needs a lot of love if you want to put it back on the road (it needs a good clean anyway as one of the inspection panels was off for a while and a bird managed to get in as you might be able to see on one of the photos lol!) It does come with various spare parts, including another engine (? condition - though the chap I bought it off many years ago assured me it was a runner), plus a back axle and other bits and bobs. Might be good just as a donor car for spares...
