Lancia Delta 1.6 hf turbo, genuine UK car.I don"t know a great deal about it as I took in as part of a deal against a rally car I was building before I became ill and only took delivery of it 4 weeks ago and it"s took me this long to get it out of the garage to photograph it as it"s either been raining or I"ve not been well enough. The car has done virtually no miles since it"s last mot as I agreed the deal about 6-8 weeks after the mot but it was then stored in the blokes workshop until covid restrictions between England and Wales were relaxed, when it was delivered on the back of a truck and and I"ve only driven it in the car park and into the garage, so it shouldn"t need too much for it"s next mot, however it does have the brake light on the dash flashing, whether that is due to lack of use I don"t know. I have also noticed that the boost gage in the dash isn"t working but the boost pipe under the bonnet does look deteriorated so it could just be that. The drivers seat bolster is pretty bad but not worn through and the only other item I have noticed is that the selection of gears is sloppy I"d say, the gearbox itself is fine just the selectors I imagine.Couple of the metal plates on the door handles are lose or off but are there and the vents behind the rear doors need painting. I"ve put photos of the worst rust on the rea passenger door.Only one set of keys but no transponder so cheap enough to get a second set.
Now the good points it is a genuine UK car with pretty much full service history, low mileage of 84809 currently and low owners 4 before current and the trader I had it off who didn"t use or register it and I havent added my name to the keepers as I never intended on keeping it but it will be collected from my address and a full receipt can be given along with the current registration document, it still has a valid mot until 28/08/21 with only the anti roll bar linkages being noted as a monitor and repair if necessary and that all brake pipes are greased restricting inspection and has all its old mot certificates along with the service book and hand books and a plastic sleeve full of receipts for other work, its only been mot"d 3 times since 2006, being taken off the road until 2016 and mot"d again in 2018 and then again in 08/2020.Just noticed on the log book that the car was vic checked in 2006 so must have had a claim but I haven"t seen any signs of damage and these were not worth much back in 2006 so any repair might not of been viable. Please remember that this is a 32 year old car and not new and therefore does have the odd rust scab and marks but having said that it is very presentable and I believe it would Polish up nice as although its black it looks more metallic grey.No messers please and anyone with less than 20 feedback can have their bids removed if contact is not made first, contact me Paul 07462588349 with and questions or to enquire about viewing.Cash on collection or bank transfer but be aware I have a cash lamp here to check notes so will not be excepting fakes, may take a part ex up or down for something interesting or an rs ford or a two stroke 80/90"s motorbike.As a classic car no warrenty is implied or given and strictly no returns.Thanks for looking and good luck!
