I have owned this vehicle is Oct 2014, used daily without any problems.  No warning lights.
All electrics working, Very comfortable to drive.  
Clean Leather interior, Heated front Seats, Front and rear Electric windows. 
Quality preimum Bose Sound system.
There is a creaking noise from the front suspension I have had it checked it out and the bushes are just dried up had them lubricated and the noise did go for a short while.
There are some dents on the bonnet where something must of dropped on it.
