Here I have my Aston Martin DB7 vantage, it"s done 75k and is on a W plate 2000, this car if the future classic. I bought it over 6 years ago and gave cash and a bmw for it, I had it equifax checked and it came up clear ( have the certificate ), then a few weeks later I got another showing that it had a large insurance pay out. I took it to vosa and had it checked and wrote to the previous owner and asked what it was. Turns out she was in Scotland and a main road flooded so she followed a friend on a side road and hit a rock, cracking the alloy sump on the engine and on the gearbox. It then went into storage whilst they decided what to do with it so with the storage fees and the engine, gearbox work they paid her out. The garage had welded both and the car was fine but had a whine on the gearbox in the first gear. I then  purchased and had fitted another gearbox. 
I have taken this car to Rome in Italy four years ago and it was brilliant, it"s stored in a heated garage under cover, I have the original gearbox that can go with the car and I have a original black stretch fabric aston cover for it. Also recently I have had both cats smashed out that has changed the performance of the car, but I also have two new ones original that came off a 22k miles car. That can go with the car
This is registered as a cat D however it"s fine and been well looked after and loved, unlike other cat d cars this is not a repaired car. The car is in timperley near Manchester airport and I have traded it in against a Bentley for just a little lower than this price and he said I should sell it for more even with it"s history.  Mail@andrewgilbride.co.uk 07966145511  The private plate is going on the Bentley so it will go back to a W reg. I have all the paperwork, mots and receipts. It needs a service and if you wish to drive it bring insurance certificate so I can photo it prior to driving as it is not insured, it has about 6 months mot and no tax at present. It"s the v12 6ltr and averaged about 22mpg when I took it to Italy and similar when I toured Ireland last year. Only one small area of rust on the rear wheel arch, I also had the full underside wax oiled  It"s got all the toys the other vantages have and grey leather, oh and two new rear tyres last month (500)
