Due to non-paying bidder, the car is now on a 99p start - no reserve. If your feedback is under 98% don"t bother bidding. I found this car for a friend in 2010. Since then she has used it little, because she walks to work! Showing 96,000 miles with old MOTs to validate.
In the last six years the car has needed only a crank sensor - that"s all. Apart from that it has been utterly reliable and still runs beautifully.
The interior is in tasteful "Oxblood" leather - it isn"t as bright "in person" as it appears in the photos.
As you can see there is a stack of history with the car. I"ve not had time to go through it all, but have seen servicing receipts in there, which makes sense because of how beautifully it runs. I"ve only driven it about 10 miles just to check that everything is okay prior to selling the car for her and can confirm that the car pulls like a train, only much much smoother!
The downside is that at some point some damage has occurred to the near side panel behind the door. I"ve done my best to show this in the pictures.There are also some dents on the bonnet, but these are hard to show in the photos.
Aside from the body damage this car still feels like it has a lot to give. This will be a cheap, reliable and pretty fast car for someone.
So to sum up;
good bits -
- lady owner for last 6 years- service history- no rust- both keys- recent brakes all round- good tyres- alloy wheels are in remarkable condition.
not-so-good bits -
- damage to bodywork- gear change a little "loose" (still works fine though)
So obviously there"s no warranty expressed or implied. Also the car is in Sale, Cheshire and will need to be removed within 24 hours of auction end.
