For sale here is a lovely Alfa Romeo 147 JTDm 16 Valve 150BHP Euro 4 Spec Diesel Powered Sports car.  If you are after one of these lovely cars, that"s been properly and lovingly prepared look no further. 
I am an ex Alfa Romeo/Fiat mechanic and used to run my own car service repair & restoration business many years ago. I am now a Firefighter, but still have my own workshop and run a small service and repair business.
I DO NOT NORMALLY BUY AND SELL CARS 
This Alfa belonged to a fairly new customer of mine who had been recommended to me, with a leaking clutch slave cylinder in  early 2014, I ended up replacing master, slave and rubber/metal flexy. I received a call from him again in early 2015 for some routine service work. Unfortunately for my customer before he was due to have the service work carried out the seals in the turbo let go, running on its own oil, overheating the combustion chambers and subsequently burnt a few exhaust valves and damaged the injector tips. 
The customer had a choice to make as I had quoted him in the region of £1500 to £2000 to properly sort it, in the end he opted to sell the car to me, I think these JTDm common rail diesel Alfas are fantastic cars with great performance allied with unreal economy 50mpg being easily achieved with a light right foot 40mpg if you push on. 
What appealed to me was the customer had searched for a fully loaded version of this car and found a Lusso (Luxury) model in metallic grey, with full black leather,  including the optional extra Bose (designed specifically for the 147) sound system, complete with a Bose bass subwoofer and amp in the boot.  So I clearly liked the car and in truth was thinking about keeping it myself but as a family man with 2 kids we really need a camper van so any profit will be pushed toward those ends.
Ok so the Alfa I have for sale is now mechanically perfect and requires no work,  you may be able to buy one of these 147"s JTDm"s a bit cheaper but you will not find one as good as this and that has been prepared as well. This is reflected in the realistic price. You may probably find a cheaper Alfa Romeo 147 than this but all the expensive issues have been taken care of, just look at the list of work/parts below.

As you can see by the above list its had a fair amount of attention and to be honest I think the car deserved it, obviously there are a few items that could have been skimped on but that"s not really my style and I like things to be as perfect as possible.  After all the work was carried out the only issue was a tiny weep of antifreeze from a cooling system pipe that only required a nip up.  First proper shake down road test in the Alfa was a trip to Liverpool and back, the Alfa performed faultlessly. On my return to my workshop in Blackpool I dropped the oil and changed the filter (as a precaution).  Also checking for any leaks but the Alfa was dry as a bone.  So the Alfa now has a fresh oil change and 12 Months MOT. There are no mechanical or electrical faults with this car everything works from the air con to the cruise control the trip computer and the Bose Hi Fi system. The car is right
Bodywork is generally very good commensurate with a car of this age there is a few stone chips here an there but nothing serious.
I have numerous pictures detailing the work I have carried out plus invoices for all the parts and services I have used
I will even change the oil and filter free of charge in a years time if you bring her back to me!!
