There has been approximately £3,500 spent just on modifications and over £4,000 spent on maintenance over the years with a thick wallet of invoices and history to back it up. There are not many around with this spec, history and mileage these days, especially any 1.8 twin spark models with the looks of the GTA. With that being said it is 17 years old and is a used car so there will be minor marks with age and use but by all means it is still a very tidy car and is almost a classic and appreciating in value. A nice genuine GTA model would probably set you back £10k - £15k these days but with this model you have all the looks for a fraction of the cost and also without the running costs.
The only thing worth mentioning is some of the lacquer on the boot lid has come off but the paint is good so could do with re-lacquering. Only reason I haven"t had it done is because a potential new owner may wish to remove the rear spoiler to give it more of a cleaner GTA look. Or if you like the spoiler leave it as it is and just lacquer the boot lid. I prefer it without the spoiler but I will leave that up to the potential new owner.
Original service & maintenance booklets present along with all other user guides, manuals, invoices and both original keys.
