Ultra Reliable - has never let us down in 11 yrs.
Careful lady owner - my wife"s daily driver, and low mileage for the year at only 82,256 miles
Gorgeous pearl Metallic Blue paint that changes to Gold in the light.
(I had to travel 250 miles to London to buy in 1995 as my Mrs had to have THAT colour!! - but to be fair it is gorgeous and looks amazing in the sun. So it will look awesome for about 10 days a year in the UK ha ha !!
I"m only listing the car as Spares or Repair to be 100% fair as she"s been stood for a few months
Def to good to scrap! Worth north of a grand in spares if that"s your bag or if you another project that needs parts.The leather interior is worth several hundred alone, but really she deserves to stay on the road and be cherished. Good body and Paint, solid mechanicals, and always well maintained by our local well respected Independent Alfa Specialist in Harrogate until we moved to Spain.

I will upload updated pics later this week if my son can get it cleaned and some new pics taken.
Essentially she still pretty much looks the same, but she will need a good washing and polishing first to look this shiny again as she has been parked under some trees.

The Important Stuff:
All bills, mot"s, the original handbooks are there (in the original Alfa wallet even with the orginal italian import docs and build sheet) Both original keys are there, which have remote locking and alarm set function.Full leather Sports seats, no rips, super condition, rear seat has central armrest, air con, electric Windows & mirrors etc and nice Pioneer CD player.The Cam belts and crank sensors were replaced not long ago and its barely been used since. Front ball-joint and suspension bushes were also done at the same timeNew airbag sensor control replaced (to pass last MOT under new rules for a warning light being on)Tyres good - fronts from memory about 5/6mmMy son has been looking after it for us but has no real car knowledge or a licence, but he was regularly starting it and his friend who has a licence was taking it for a run weekly, and keeping a check on fluids etc up until a week or so ago when the battery gave up the ghost completely.
She should start, run and drive but as the battery is now deader than a dead thing bring one if you want to start it ( don"t think there"s enough life in it to jump it) As its been stood she"ll will need a little bit of tlc and tinkering here and there, Personally I would aim to tow or bring a trailer.
Obviously I cant say for sure but I don"t expect there to be any major issues to get her through a new MOT.
Issues I"m aware of:
Think the back box may have a small blow ( this may have been an advisory from memory on the last MOT - Ill check the advisories from last year when I get back)Battery dead as mentioned.The brakes are binding a bit ( probably just a sticking caliper) The lovely original Alloys are now looking a bit scruffy in places - a refurb at around £60 a corner is all that"s needed, not damaged just bubbling here and there and some pitting.Nice condition on paint overall, small area on rear bumper chipped by an idiot in a Range RoverEverything works apart from one bulb in the fuel gauge (it has 2) which has never worked since we bought it but to be honest its not really an issueThe Interior mirror fell off while shes been parked up ( think it just needs a new adhesive pad or strong glue to reattach)Small oil leak onto manifold top probably from the rocker cover gasket - but not major.The recessed rear drivers side door handle sticks open sometimes when opened, but pushes back in easily so probably just a lubrication issue on the linkage internally. WD 40 usually fixes it for a few months.Bonnet Release opens fine, but cable sometimes sticks open when closing bonnet - good lube of the cable and mech should fix it. New Cable at worst.Personally I would probably also run some injector cleaner through her although you may get away without it with fresh fuel.
Overall I think it just needs a thorough check through and a fettling as you would for any car that"s been stood for a while, and then she should be good to go for many more miles..
Shes really a great car that just needs someone to continue to love her - Get her up to 6-7K in 3rd and she CD makes an intoxicating sound - just watch out for speed cameras as its addictive !
If you"re a gearhead/car guy/girl you need to own an Alfa at least once in your life!

Collection
The Car is currently Nr Hyde Pk in Leeds (LS6) 5 mins walk from the Hyde Park Pub.
I will be in the UK for collection from the 6th May (Fri), and available in Leeds on the 7th (Sat) and 8th (Sun)
I leave on the 9th May.
Car must be paid for when the auction finishes and collected Friday or over the weekend.

If you want to pay in cash, when the cash transaction is completed successfully I will refund your deposit to your paypal on my phone instantly while you wait/watch.

I wish i didn"t have to do this but when I left the UK and sold my Van and Jaguar I was shafted by timewasters, and then had to rely on friends to handle the sale remotely after I had left. I am definitely not going through that again as I only have a short window to complete the sale.
I"ve been as honest as I can be as to condition, but the price reflects the fact you will have to do a little work for her to be running perfectly again.
