Alfa Romeo159 JTDM 1.9 LUSSO
2009 in Titanio Grey.
This Alfa is in very good condition with only 2 owners from new.
The car has just passed its MOT so it has the full 12 months with no advisories. The N/S/R coil had broken so this was replaced for the MOT.
This is a very high spec car with full black leather interior, cold dual climate control, PAS, 4xEW, 17” multi spoke alloy wheels, rain sensing wipers etc etc.
The Alfa has a full service history and has covered 105,000 miles from new. I’m still using the car daily so this will increase.
The car is finished in rare stunning Titanio Grey metallic paint which is really eye catching and looks amazing. There are the odd age related marks and chips that you would expect for a 6 year old car.
The car is totally HPI clear and has never been in any kind of unrecorded accident.
The cam belt and water pump have been changed and the engine runs smoothly and without fault.
All four tyres have between 4 and 5mm of tread left so are in good condition.
I am an Alfa enthusiast and I’m only selling this car as I have just bought another limited edition Alfa and can’t drive them both so this one has to go.
The 159 has never missed a beat or let me down in any way. The 1.9 JTDM engine is superb, it’s economical and plenty quick enough for day to day driving with 150BHP on tap.
Bad Bits,
As a conscientious ebayer I will be totally honest about the car.
I have already mentioned the few age related marks on the bodywork. The alloy wheels have some slight/moderate kerbing marks and there are some front end stone chips. As these have happened, I have touched them in with original Alfa touch up paint to prevent them getting any worse.
The exterior temperature sensor is faulty so it always shows the outside temperature as being between 40 and 50 degrees - Sturgess Alfa quoted £29 for a new sensor.
One bolt on the engine under tray has come loose causing the tray to rattle slightly when going over potholes or speed ramps, but again, I’m really not worried about it.
Overall, this is a genuine, solid car which looks and performs as it should. It has a 5 star NCAP safety rating and 2 x ISOFIX points on the rear seat. You will pay another £2000 to £3000 for the equivalent model big money wasted  BMW so it makes sense to save yourself that money and drive something way better looking and certainly more unique.
I will accept paypal but the buyer is responsible for paying the fees (currently 3.4%)
Any inspection welcome and I have no problem with test drives providing that you can prove that you are fully insured.
