I will be completely honest in this listing so that you know exactly whats listed. 
The car is lovely, as you can see by the pictures it scrubs up beautifully. the miles are high because it has driven me to and from stansted plus other long distance places daily. i am a wedding photographer and needed an estate anyway so when this car hit the fabled 250k, i decided it was time to retire her and let someone else have a go. ive had her for about 150k and shes been perfect, really lovely cruising down the motorways at 50-60mpg. she takes about £65 to fill her up and you get about 700 miles on a tank so to be honest, bloody brill! the slight problem she has is since about 2 weeks ago she has developed a tapping noise from the front, i got it checked straight away and was told by my mechanic its the timing chain tensioner, he said it would cost about £300 to put right again. id already bought the estate by then so i have decided to let the BMW go as it is. i have however bought the part you need so all you got to do is get someone to fit it (or fit it yourself if you are mechanically minded!) also, the left windows dont work but he said thats probably just a switch. never bothered me though as it has air con! (will need a recharge) 
This car has all the extras except leather. cruise control, heated seats, climate control, sports suspension pack, ski bag, etc etc. 
The tyres are still good and all michelins, only the best when you do the miles i do...
There is a 1/4 tank of fuel (lucky you)
she was serviced and MOT January this year so nearly a full ticket and a long time until her next oil change. She has 2 keys, one for the doors and one for the ignition. 
she had a new catalitic converter last year as well as a few bushes and arms etc, plus i had the tracking fully set. this car really does drive like a dream. no smoke on start up either.
As you can see in the photos, there is one blue door with a rust spot, this is because some idiot decided to do a hit and run once, the blue door was the first one available. it doesnt look too bad though and the plan had been to get it sprayed. thats up to you. The engine still pulls really well and is quite a quick car, i think its about 130-140bhp? Always serviced on time, always repaired when it was needed, always long journeys and never has she let me down. what can i say, im going to miss the german engineering for one! 
Ive noticed that most of these cars are going for about £800-£1000 so with the repair needed in mind, im happy to let it go for about £700 so make me an offer. the worst ill do is say "Oi cheeky!"
