vehicle description:

First things first..... and it pains me to have to do this.... I WILL NOT ACCEPT BIDS FROM ANYONE WITH LESS THAN 10 POSITIVE FEEDBACKS UNLESS THEY ARE PREPARED TO PAY USING PAYPAL.... This is an auction... You are not bidding for the opportunity to have a look at the car, you can do this at any point prior to the auction ending and bid then if you wish. You are bidding to buy the car. I don"t care if your son, daughter, dog or goldfish bid accidentally, you are bidding to buy the car. I"ve heard it all now - son bid on the car as it was in my watch list, 2 days later, actually I need the car, day later - I"m having my wisdom teeth out or probably more accurately, a lobotomy! I"m scared to buy a car I haven"t seen.... Well stick to Autotrader or Gumtree. THIS IS AN AUCTION!  I will not accept bids from anyone with an account less than a month old, full stop. This is the second time I am having to relist this car now and I do not have the time to be messed around by people who do not understand how Ebay works.... Be prepared for a negative - positive feedback comment as climber28simon got and carp.fan will get if you do mess me around. You have read my requirements, you have read about the condition of the car and there are no exceptions to this..... I will not accept £450 to end early, £500 to end early... If you want more detail, then please ask and I"ll be happy to provide it... Hopefully it"ll be third time lucky and a decent human being will be the winning bidder. Actually, I might vett people to see whether they are worthy of such a fantastic car! Half the questions I"ve had have been from people who can barely write, let alone, get a driving licence! I wouldn"t trust these people with a wheel barrow! Be assured, I will not get my mates to bid on it to get the price up, I will not end the auction early because I don"t like the bidding activity and I will not send to some rich African who will trust me with a business cheque for £10k that takes 10 days to clear, but only have to pay back £1k. I can"t believe the paragraph I have had to write about what I won"t accept, almost exceeds the description due to the measurements that aren"t in place to protect genuine sellers from rogue buyers on Ebay, but there you have it... This is my final attempt to sell the car on an auction site. If this fails, I"ll prepare myself for copious teeth sucking and tyre kicking from people who would still try to knock £50 off a brand new BMW M4 advertised at £60! So for all you genuine Ebayers out there. Welcome to the auction of my faithful BMW 330d SE which I bought in October last year and have covered almost 20k miles in since! It now has 239k on the clock so have now bought a newer one as I loved this car so much... Good points - I"ve never had any reliability issues in the time I have owned the car. It had an oil change about 8k miles ago but all I"ve had to do is replace a couple of bulbs... The car has full leather interior with no rips. Certainly no indication of the mileage it"s done. Shocks were replaced for the last MOT. No clonks, good gearchange, good brakes, feels like a 50k mile car when you are driving it. Was retuning 45 - 47 MPG on my 190 round trip commute. The registration X61 NDA has been valued at £450.... X6 INDA maybe? Bad points - The rear arches are a little rusty. I"ve included a picture of the worst one as is one of the front arches. The tyres will need replacing. I have removed the 18 M Sport wheels shown in a number of the pics so the car will come with the standard 17 wheels shown in the last pic. One of the rear brake bulbs isn"t working. It"s not the bulb as I"ve changed that so maybe a loose connection or the connection may have burnt out. Not uncommon on these cars... She is a bit smokey on heavy acceleration... She"s not losing oil at all. Still full from the last oil change so I don"t think it"s the breather... She does accelerate really well, I mean better than the new one which is supposed to be more powerful so there is every chance that she"s had a remap. Fuel consumption still very good. There are a few marks on the bodywork but probably not as many as you would expect from a 239k mile car! Oil level warning light comes on when you start up despite, as I"ve said, the oil level being fine and the cockpit temperature thermostat doesn"t work. Sunroof also doesn"t work and nor do the parking sensors... Auction starts at £495... If it gets to £750, I"ll through in the 17 wheels from my new 330d. Much better condition and nearly new tyres. If it reaches £800 I"ll throw in a couple of nearly new front wings... Were fitted to the car but still in primer...Any questions, please let me know...Bid means buy and I"ll only take cash on delivery for the winning amount - not negotiable! Happy bidding! Oh, MOT expiry date is 31 July 2015
