I bought this Chevrolet (Daewoo) Matiz in January to use as a cheap second car. It was previously salvaged by the previous owner  who restores classic cars for a living. He bought it for his wife to use as a second car. The repair has been done to a very high standard indeed, There isn"t any way to tell the car has been repaired. I know the quality of the work as he has previously carried out a full bare-metal restoration of my MGB.  It is the SE+ model so it has the 1.0l engine, PAS, AC and a Blaupunkt stereo. It has MOT until 12.04.2017 and has a complete brand new exhaust system fitted on 5.03.16 at the local ATS for £518 and therefore comes with a guarantee.It also had a fresh battery in January 2016 which has a 4 year guarantee and cost £80. It has had new wipers all round and new pedal rubbers for the MOT. These add up to about £30 worth. It had a check-over for the MOT and had the belts checked and the front brakes freed up and the oil topped up.The timing belt doesn"t need doing until 72k. It has 2 very good front tyres and the rears still have plenty of tread left. It has also had a brand new windscreen this week as a stone cracked it so badly it needed replacing. As you can see a lot has been spent on the car recently and it runs very sweetly.The only bad points are that the washer bottle leaks if you fill it over half full but the washers work fine. There is a ding in the nearside wheel-arch which isn"t unsightly and definitely hasn"t perforated the metal and the plastic around the boot-lock has cracked a little but is still perfectly serviceable, only cosmetic. There is only 1 key. Other minor scratches due to the age of the car.Selling due to a change in family circumstances which mean that I will need to be doing 600 mile round trips more regularly and therefore needed a bigger car.I have tried to be as comprehensive as possible, The car is located in Willingham near Cambridge and test drives are welcome in the evenings as I work full time.  Call 01954263082 to arrange a viewing.
