Hello and welcome to the auction of my Classic impreza . She is a 1998 uk model in a lovely green with contrasting cream leather ( havent seen many like this around ) and comes with 12 months MOT but as we all know you have to now tax it yourself as soon as you purchase a new vehicle. Only had one advisory on MOT which was a balding tyre which I will replace before sale and nothing else. Whilst in garage also had the belts done and new pulleys and water pump which came in at £500 so no need to worry about those for a few thousand miles !Since owning the car I have kept the oil and air filter change up to date and only run her on Shell V Power or Tesco 99 Octane she comes with plenty of paper work both from previous owners and myself , and she has nothing wanted for anything . She also had new discs and pads last year as one was warped so I decided to do all four .I havent played with the engine as I feel its fast enough and I have heard enough horror storys about big bhp imprezas going bang and I wouldnt want this one to do that . She does run well with no clunks or bangs and the gearbox is spot on with no slipping . Body work is good condition but please remember that it is a 16 year old car and my daily drive so not mint but not far off. She also benefits from the back arches being replaced last year due to the usual rust problem and as you can see from pics they look lovely .Mileage is 102000 which does sound alot but as she is a 16 year old car it averages out at 6375 miles per year which is nothing for these engines .Only reason for sale is my commute to work has increased and I dont want to put any more miles on her plus I have no where to keep her as I have no garage . So I would like a fellow impreza lover to take her and look after her as we all know these Classics hold there value and will make a good investment for some one. Any inspection is welcome or come to see before you buy .
