For sale is my ZZR 1100 155 bhp, bike engine powered Classic Mini with full V5,1967 mk1 Mini tax exempt!!!      
This car is for the faint hearted!
It is running on carburetors but with an injection kit this could produce upwards of 185bhp
Totally road legal and Tax exempt     A local company did most of the rebuild work on this including,manufacturing inner and outer sills in 1.5 mm steel, fully seamed welded to add strength, DE-seamed down the sides, the rear of the body has been strengthened with 50mm tube as space frame to strengthen all that was cut out and replaced.   Starts and runs and drives,wiring is all done and integrated (bike to car conversion) just a few lights to connect etc.   The bike Donner engine only had a low 12000 miles on it and it took a long time to source with this low millage on.   The exhaust/  fuel lines  / brake lines are stainless braided over nylon / water and oil coolers fitted in the front with none kink new pipes.   The Clutch is done using the same nylon pipe, gear change / battery cut off, all fitted.
The Brakes are from a Mk 3 escort servo and master cylinder large Mini disc front  (back brakes fitted are from a golf mk4 disc and calipers on the rear) producing a good hand brake way past the mot standard.   13 inch wheels with new tyres,done 20 miles   Full FIA roll cage fitted   Custom made exhaust system and wrapped   New door skins,wings,A panels,scuttle panel,shot blasted the shell etc   I have all the front and rear glass with new rubbers fitted for front and rear screens as in the pictures.    This project is based this on a rear swing sub frame using a A series ( midget) rear axle that has been strengthen to increase oil capacity and the axle has been rebuilt new bearings and seals.   The drive flange has been machined to take the bolt on sprocket ( change able )  the engine is adjustable to tension the chain drive, there is an option for putting an electric motor in the drive for reverse.     New coil springs on the gas coil-over shocks   The Mini has a alloy tank guard fitted into the front sub frame for added protection   Lots of parts to go with it plus new wheel arches,wiper motor,all color coded.
I have spent £8 to 10,000 on this Mini plus a shed load of hours but new baby on way and house move forces sale.   In all the Mini is 98% complete, a few parts a weekends work with regular cups of tea would complete it,road or track Mini.   I have a set of seats available by separate negotiation.   If you have any questions please feel free to email them or call/text on 07557910486 I have a few video clips of this Mini running,please ask
