Genuine reason for sale. This is the wife’s car & she’s bought an estate so she can get hay bales & saddles in the back as she has horses. Unfortunately we are limited for parking so it has to go.
 Super-economical 800cc engine but surprisingly nippy & as it’s so compact with a tight turning circle, it can easily park in the tightest of spaces. 4 doors. Nice cloth interior. Recent new battery. Power steering.
Very reliable. Excellent heater, quality stereo.
Faults: The ignition switch packed in some months ago & was replaced with a Lucas type switch (see picture), so that’s fixed. Gearbox works perfectly going up the gears but is reluctant to go from 3rd to 2nd going down, unless you “double-de-clutch”, in which case it’s fine. I’ve been told it needs the linkage adjusting.
Regrettable sale but must go, hence cheap start price. Ideal for a new driver, cheap insurance & tax. MOT’d to April 11th 2016.
