Hi, you are viewing a rare 2001 Daewoo Lanos 1.6 litre Petrol Automatic in blue. It is a 5 door hatchback and only done 82000 miles (still in use so this may go up). This is the Special Edition model.
MOT’d till the 18th November this year. It is currently taxed but will be sorned at the end of May because the insurance will transfer to my new car.
I’m the 5th owner and have the V5 in my name.
The car was bought for me to learn how to drive and has been absolutely superb. I’m only selling it because hubby has bought me a taller car.
I have been driving it since late last year and it has been a little gem. Hubby has been using it too and he looks upon it as a cute little sports car.
The car has central locking which works on the key so hubby fitted a remote system so it now has 2 keys and 2 remote fobs which all work. There is a cd player with it.
There are 2 little issues that a buyer should be aware of..
Since it is standing most of the week the brakes seem to scrape a little at first but that clears up as I drive. There is a small area of bubbling on the front driver’s side wheel arch.
Other than that the car is in great condition. Please bear in mind this is an 17 year old car and I may be being picky but I’d rather mention these now rather than someone turn up after winning and start to haggle with me over little things. Oh, just remembered, the air conditioning works but isn’t that brilliant. The heater, however, is excellent.
I’ve set the price for less than we paid for it and will consider sensible offers. (how sad that I have to put this but a few people just don’t seem to grasp how ebay works on folks being straight )
