Unfortunately I am having to sell my much loved Fourtrak as I have damaged my left arm and can no longer drive a manual vehicle without experiencing some discomfort.
The Fourtrak has covered 270,000 miles but I was assured by the lady from whom I purchased the vehicle that it had a brand new engine in 2007. The lady used the Fourtrak to tow her horse around for three day eventing and was very genuine so I had no reason to dis-believe her but I have no proof. It has never let me down, being great in the snow last winter. The four wheel drive system works perfectly in both the hi and low gears.
I have lots of receipts and service history, including the original owners manual.
It has an MOT until the 2nd January 2016 and it is currently SORN.
I am selling the Fourtrak as spares or repairs as I don"t want anybody being misled. This Fourtrak is 17 years old so as expected it is not a perfect vehicle.
I have personally spent many hours welding the Fourtrak and have made new rear arches and welded the sills. It will however need another patch on the drivers sill before its next MOT.
The Fourtrak is the Riviera model so has metallic paint, electric windows and central locking which is a bonus! It also has a towbar.
The front tyres are worn on the inside edges but I didn"t want to change them until I had the wheel alignment done which I have now had checked and adjusted. I will provide the winning bidder with two part worn tyres for the front.
I have advertised the Fourtrak elsewhere so have the right to end the auction early. No sensible offer will be refused!
I would recommend any serious bidders view the Fourtrak prior to bidding.
For all the people who are unsure. You are bidding to buy not to haggle or test drive etc. I am not interested in anyone transferring money into my account and then asking for me to take the vehicle to the port etc.
This auction is strictly cash on collection.
The winning bidder must make contact with me within 24hours of the auction ending and must collect the Fourtrak before 21:00 on Sunday 26th July 2015.
If for any reason you cant meet these requirements please don"t waste my time or yours!
