Hi, welcome to my auction for my Dutton phaeton kit car. The chassis and body is in excellent condition,one of the best unrestored you will find.The running gear is ford,1600 four speed i think.The engine has seized, possibly with standing a few years. It has a GT manifold and wide bore exhaust,twin choke carb and filter. Coil over springs front,spax gas shocks rear.(leaf spring).The chassis is very good,body is in great condition,even the paint (British racing green) is good,repaint if you wish but you could use as is with a T cut.Full roll cage built in, I have a hood and sides with it, the hood is torn but would make use for a pattern for a new one.
PLEASE NOTE THIS KIT CAR IS NOT ROAD LEGAL. IT HAS NO V5 ,TRACK USE ONLY.It will need a trailer to move it,the tyres do hold air but are cracked and leak. The brakes will require overhaul and the car will need a good check over before being used.,I bought this with the intention of fitting a motor cycle engine to it and using it on track,I have a engine and loom from a zzr 1100 to fit in it but never got around to it.(NOT WITH SALE).
