EXTERIOR
The 360 Spider is presented in Tour de France Blue, maintaining a radiant metallic shine throughout. The paintwork remains to a great standard overall, with only minor patination low down as evidence of the car"s age and usage. The matching blue convertible roof is in excellent condition and stows out of site quickly. Furthermore all badges and trim are in great order, with the glass engine bay window also pristine. This example benefits from Challenge Stradale style front and rear grilles, as well as the Scuderia Ferrari shields on the front wings.
INTERIOR
The Crema leather upholstery presents beautifully throughout the cabin. The interior benefits from the upgraded ‘Daytona" style seats that remain in excellent condition, with only the tiniest of wear to the driver"s bolster. The cream leather extends to the dash and door cards, which are all unblemished. Even the delicate silver-coloured trim is free from any scuffs or scratches.
ENGINE & TRANSMISSION
Framed like a piece of art beneath the transparent rear lid you"ll find the 360"s 3.6-litre engine. Pushing out close to 400hp the mid-mounted V8 launches the car from 0-60 in 4.5 seconds. On close inspection the engine bay presents impeccably given the car"s low mileage and Ferrari maintenance history. It was most recently serviced in 2015 less than 800 miles ago, at which point the clutch was replaced also.
WHEELS, TYRES & BRAKES
The Ferrari sits on the factory upgrade Modular alloys. They are 18-inch in diameter and present in very good condition all round with only minor marking to speak of. Beyond the spokes the yellow calipers appear pristine and the drilled discs show plenty of life left.
HISTORY FILE
First registered on 21st June 2003 the Spider was supplied new by HR Owen, South Kensington, and cost a total of £120,560.25. Since that time the car has covered less than 16k miles with a detailed history to match. Present in the history file is a raft of documents and invoices, complemented by the original stamped service booklet and manuals.
Having only ever been worked on by HR Owen, Maranello, Verdi, and JCT600, the 360 has an excellent maintenance record. The cambelt was replaced in 2006 and then again in 2009 at 13,062 miles. It also benefits from a new clutch, as fitted by Ferrari less than 800 miles ago. The complete service history is as follows:
