EXTERIOR
The hugely aerodynamic body is finished in stunning Bianco Avus, which presents impeccably with absolutely no imperfections to note. This example benefits from the iconic ‘Scuderia Ferrari" shield both sides, as well as factory racing stripes in metallic blue with silver, a wonderful contrast to the gleaming white paintwork. Given its very low mileage the 458 remains in exquisite, ‘as new" condition.
INTERIOR
The carefully considered interior is lavishly dressed in Nero Alcantara and is finished with special Grigio Chiaro (light grey) stitching; matching stitched horses present on each headrest. The car is also equipped with the Goldrake racing seats upholstered in Nero leather with Alcantara trim. The soft black leather extends to the tops of the door panels, grab handles, and also to the wheel arches. The cabin is in flawless condition throughout.
ENGINE & TRANSMISSION
The gleaming carbon-fibre engine bay remains in pristine condition, with absolutely no signs of any wear to any panels or components. Certainly a car this special demands an exceptional engine. What really makes the 4497cc unit so extraordinary is it"s ability to punch out 597hp at 9000 rpm, making it the most powerful naturally aspirated V8 ever built at Maranello. Coupled with the F1 dual clutch 7-speed transmission, the car launches from 0-60mph in exactly three seconds.
WHEELS, TYRES & BRAKES
The Speciale sits on a set of 20-inch FORged alloy wheels in gold, which are 12kg lighter than the 458 Italia"s. With zero marking to note they remain in perfect order and are shod in the original set of Michelin Pilot Sport Cup2 tyres. Clamping the large carbon ceramic discs are blue Brembo calipers, colour-matched to the car"s racing livery.
HISTORY FILE
This 458 was registered on 23rd April 2015 and has had just one keeper. The car was supplied new by JCT600 Ferrari, Leeds, and is complete with all relevant owner"s manuals, a spare key, and factory spec sheet. This example benefits from a 4th year extended warranty, as well seven years Ferrari maintenance until 2022.
