Reluctant sale of my excellent condition 1992 Ferrari 348 TB.

Having been desperate for one of these for many years, earlier this year I viewed numerous cars in the UK and elsewhere in Europe before settling on this car which I bought from a respected Ferrari specialist in France. The car was primarily bought on account of its condition, but being a TB as opposed to TS and being black were big plus points. 
Upon arrival in the UK the car had a comprehensive service and any minor issues addressed, in fact as the intention was to keep the car long-term I"ve gone over and above the minimum with the extent of the work commissioned (much more detail below).
In May I took the car on a long European trip through France, Belgium and Holland, covering 1,200 miles in total over a handful of days. The car didn"t miss a beat and the new owner needn"t think twice about using it regularly and for long distances... the general consensus with this era of Ferrari being a car in regular use can prove a more reliable prospect than a car which is seldom used.
On to the car and its condition - 87000kms/54000miles.
Battery in front model.
The bodywork and paintwork, other than a few minor imperfections, are in excellent condition.
The interior is superb. The driver’s seat side and squab has been re-furbed and is slightly crumpled. Ferrari overmats have been in since new keeping the original carpets excellent. There is none of the usual sticky dash panels or controls.
The wheels are in excellent condition other than few very slight chips that have been touched in.
Tyres are the correct Pirelli P Zero with lots of life left. All worn evenly, fronts less than a quarter worn, rears about half worn.
The electric windows are quite quick in operation.
The original leather tool bag and tools are present.
Headlamps and speedo are still European spec.
There are two keys.
Within the last 2500 miles the car has had the following service/maintenance (with receipts, old parts and photographs):
Engine out cam belt change, including new tensioner and idler.
Water pump checked and found in perfect condition (looked to have been changed at one of the previous belt changes).
A new alternator belt idler was fitted. Alternator and air-con belt were as new.
Spark plugs were checked and appeared as new, as was the air filter.
New Bosch fuel filters were fitted, new oil filter and Petronas Syntium fully synthetic oil used.
Cam cover and plenum chamber dome nuts were renewed with stainless.
All hose clips renewed. The car had recently had new braided fuel hoses. Main feed and return water hoses renewed, other water hoses in perfect condition.
Brake, clutch fluid and anti-freeze renewed.
Air-con re-gassed.
A new Hills Engineering clutch release carrier and bearing was fitted.
The left side drive shaft boots looked fairly recent so right side drive shaft boots renewed to match.
Whilst the unit was out all of the rear body work, inner arches, bulkhead, cavities etc were found to be in original condition and were cleaned and sprayed with clear waxoyl. In addition the rear subframe was cleaned and treated with black waxoyl. 
Front wheel arch moulds were removed and front inner wings and wheel arches and battery tray treated with clear waxoyl. Suspension wishbones cleaned and treated with clear waxoyl. Inner door trims removed, window mechanisms lubricated, insides of doors treated with waxoyl.     
All brake pads removed cleaned, callipers checked and cleaned, (pads and discs are in excellent condition). Handbrake shoes cleaned, mechanism lubricated and set-up.
The lower exhaust silencer has been removed and stainless steel tailpipes fabricated, linked direct to the upper silencer. The car has lovely exhaust note without being too loud. The original silencer comes with the car, easily re-fitted if preferred.
The often troublesome digital air-con/heating system has been modified to eliminate the digital temperature control.  A manual push/pull control knob, discreetly mounted, now controls temperature via a cable linked to the temp valve. All other functions are working with the existing control buttons. The car has been used in quite cold and very warm weather and the system functions very well. Air-con blows cold.
The car has had three previous owners and was supplied new in Belgium and was exported to France in 2005. There is a comprehensive file of service and maintenance receipts from 2007 (at 5300km/33000 miles) onwards to date summarised as follows:
April 2007 - 41k miles - cambelt & tensioners replaced, oil & filter replaced, discs & pads replaced, 4 new tyres & coolent replaced.
June 2007 - 42k miles - brake pads replaces, clutch replaced, fuel pipes and fuel supply rail replaced, exhaust silencer replaced, brake fluid top-up & system bleed.
June 2008 - Oil seal replaced
July 2008  - 45k miles - Clutch thrust bearing replaced
Nov 2008 - 45k miles - Air filter replaced, exhaust replaced.
March 2010 - 45k miles - battery replaced
April 2010 - 48k miles - Engine Oil replaced, Air Filter replaced, gearbox oil top-up, brake fluid drained & replaced, auxiliary belt replaced.
A Ferrari service book has been filled in to record the above as well as the aforementioned work completed during my ownership.
Other documentation includes a full spec sheet for this chassis number from Ferrari West Europe, copies of previous registration documents and MOT equivalents, (the French one still valid until March 2017). UK V5, and MOT to March 2016.  
I"ve a feeling I"ll regret the sale factoring the car"s condition and with 348s continuing to be relatively undervalued in comparison to other Ferrari models.. but sadly it must go to fund a new business venture (also selling my Maserati Quattroporte for the same reason - take a look in seller"s other items).
