Find out where we are Ferrari may be best known for its mid-engined supercars, but it also has a long history of producing excellent four-seater grand tourers, such as this glorious 612 Scaglietti. Under its distinctive and elegantly long bonnet hides a jewel of a V12 engine, the same 5.5-litre unit that can be found powering the devastatingly fast 575M Maranello.

Despite being comparatively large – by Ferrari standards, at least – the Scaglietti boasts agile and exciting handling; it may have the appearance of a grand tourer, but this four-seater remains a sports car at heart. This particular example also features Ferrari’s superb F1 race-style paddeshift gearbox, a smooth, quick-shifting six-speed device that can be enjoyed as a conventional automatic, or be manually controlled via the paddles.
Smartly understated with its Tour De France Blue bodywork, this Scaglietti has ball-polished wheel rims (wrapped in low profile, high performance Pirelli tyres) and optional aluminium brake calipers. Front and rear parking sensors help protect your investment from minor dings.
The tan leather upholstery of this Scaglietti is sumptuous and comfortable, and the rear seats are as deeply sculpted as the fronts. The car has a premium sound system and automatic climate control, and has covered just over 13,600 miles since it’s production in 2007. This German supplied car was imported to the UK registered on a 2010 / 60 UK number plate.

Although I established Prindiville Design in 2000, my passion for the highest quality automotive engineering and craftsmanship stretches back to my childhood.
