This is NOT your normal SEICENTO!
Not going to beat around the bush.I will list as much as I can remember off the top of my head about it.
I do not want to sell it, as I do not really need to but I now have too many cars, and i just do not drive it.This was my first car, and I swore to myself that I would Never sell it as I was going to give it to my first child. :(
Now for the good bit.I have an unhealthy attachment to my little baby, and as such have only used the best parts and done the best quality of work to it.This is because I never intended to sell it but I would rather someone else actually gets joy out of it!
Has only covered 500 miles on new engine and all oils and filters were replaced 200 miles ago after run in period.
Work that has been done:
Full PUNTO 75 engine transplant (62k miles). - This is the whole engine and not just the bottom end like others do.Engine has had head skim, bottom end clean, polished head and valves all cleaned .etc, and MLS headgasket.Bigger injectors fitted, new temp sensor, new crank sensor.Modified head to run cam sensor.
Full custom stainless steel exhaust system, built by STS in bedford renowned for building custom exhausts.(Cost a fortune!)Has a ginormous Magnaflow race cat, and 1 silencer.Quite loud.....
Brake upgrades:Full braking system has been done.
Full PUNTO GT front brake setup (low mileage).Rear UNO TURBO disk brake conversion (Rebuilt calipers)Custom braided hoses all round made by John at HOSEQUIP.Fronts have not been fitted yet.Brand new Brembo master cylinder.New Servo.New One-way valves.New custom hand-brake cable.
Lowered on New Eibach springs 30mm all round.6x Abarth alloys.4x painted in Hammerite Black (look half decent).1 as a full size spare in the boot, and 1 as an extra spare.
New bucket seats, my mate bought them but had them sitting in his garage for a few months.New 3 point harnesses.Bucket seats on original runners so are fully adjustable!Nothing has been welded.Custom 6mm steel plate mounts have been made and bolted in place. (this is in-fact overkill as it is very heavy duty, but I take safety very seriously!)Some weight has been stripped out of the engine bay and some has been taken out of the car as well as the back seats and seatbelts, and door cards and interior panels .etc but I have those still if the buyer wishes to change the interior back to standard.
Low mileage 43k miles Gearbox with longer final drive for motorway efficiency.Poly gearbox mount.New Clutch Kit.New clutch cable and pivot triangle.New Cambelt kit.New Thermostat.New HT leads.New coils.New starter Motor.
Colour coded center control panel.Colour coded rear light masks.Debadged all round with genuine Ferrari badge, easily removed.Ultra rare full rag-top electric factory roof!I am the second owner since new and I know the first owner.
Can not remember much else.
Would benefit from a custom rolling road remap to use the full potential of the engine.However it runs perfectly as it is and has a nice idle of around 800rpm.Red-dot racing in Edgeware quoted £150 for a rolling road remap and said it would push 100+BHP.This is twice what it comes out of the factory with standard!It has more power to weight ratio than a MK4 Golf GTI!It has TONNES of low end power due to the lightness of the vehicle.Standard they weigh 734KG.
