Ford Focus 1.6 tdciBAD BITS.... Runs and drives ok but smokes a bit and occasionally loses a bit of power on hills, never bothered me too much but did my partner using it for school runs. It passed its last mot with these issues and has sat on my drive since (check mileage on mot) as purchased a newer car, with the aim to sorting this one out, just haven’t had time and now need the space back.The fault code says faulty egr valve so had this replaced just before last mot, this did not cure it but the mechanic said the fault is intermittent as if there is a dodgy wire somewhere causing the car to behave like the egr valve is blocked. Could be a simple fix for someone with a bit of knowledge. The front bumper is also slightly out of line as are the front lights where it had a little knock, also passed mot. Just being as honest as possible, please see photos. Car is in avarage condition for age and mileage.
GOOD BITS..... tax is really cheap, as is insurance, car drives nice when working well, no rattles or bangs, good cheap fixer upper.
