Vehicle Location: The car you are viewing today is held in our storage unit in Melton Mowbray LE13. It is from here that the vehicle will be available for you to collect.
About Us: We are a specialist company who disposes of vehicles that are traded in to main dealers as genuine part exchange vehicles. We get a real mix of vehicle types, ages, conditions etc. All the vehicles we receive are sold via eBay auctions.
Risk: The vehicles we sell are worth the value they make. On the occasions that we re-list vehicles, the value generally remains around the previous sale value. Therefore, in buying a car from us in this way, there is very little risk should you purchase and part with the car within a short time frame unlike purchasing a vehicle from a garage or private seller.
Our Process: Our cars arrive daily, we carry out a visual inspection using a detailed check sheet, we will tend to generalise on the older cars and to be more specific on the newer and cleaner vehicles. Our aim is to paint a good overall picture of the external, internal condition of the car. We then take multiple pictures of the car inside and outside to a set format. The car is then road tested for at least 6 miles and the basic equipment checked for functionality. We describe what we see, hear and feel allowing for the age and mileage of the car. We do not go into mechanical detail or MOT vehicles.
On collection: You will be asked to drive the car, check it over and complete a road legal check list for lights, tyres and fluids to ensure that the car is ready for the journey home. You can then pay the balance by cash, credit or debit. We often use a company local to us to perform the handovers, particularly at the weekends. If this is the case we will advise prior to collection.
Free Delivery: Where this facility is offered it will be specified in the listing header and the vehicle description – other than these specific vehicles we do not offer a delivery service. We only deliver FREE up to 75 miles from LE13 0DG one way. Mileage in excess of this is chargeable at 75P per mile one way – Please calculate the additional cost post code to post code before you bid to avoid disappointment.
Legalities: We insist that vehicles are taxed, insured and road legal to drive away. We can offer free 5 day insurance on most vehicles. We will provide details to the buyer prior to collection so that cover can be set up prior to collecting the car.
48 Hour Return Money Back Guarantee: We will refund the sale value in full for any vehicle sold, that is returned to us within 48 hours of collection providing that the following is complied with: The vehicle has NOT been put through an MOT test – All the documentation is present and returned including V5. The car is in good mechanical condition and no repairs or work have been carried out - No feedback has been left on the eBay transaction and the buyer accepts a cancellation of sale so that we can recover our fees in full. This is a Strict Policy - No Return within 48 hours = No Refund. VEHICLES WITH FREE DELIVERY MUST BE RETURNED AT THE BUYERS COST. VEHICLES WHICH HAVE BEEN COLLECTED MUST BE RETURNED TO US AT THE BUYERS COST.

Inspection & Viewing:  We can arrange for vehicles to be viewed on weekdays between 10 am and 4 pm by arrangement. Viewings will be attended as these cars are in storage. Test drives are not available. Where possible, the car will be opened up and started.
Contacting winning bidders: We use the eBay messaging system and will call buyers who leave a contact number at the end of the auction at our earliest convenience. Alternatively we will give our contact d 20etails for the buyer to call us following the sale. Buyers are expected to contact us within 48 hours of the end of the auction, any non-contact or no shows will be reported to eBay and the sale cancelled and the item re-listed. eBay view non-payers in a bad light and restrict or close the accounts of offenders. We uphold this policy and provide full disclosure to eBay for every failed transaction.
