This car is in really excellent condition. An all round amazing family 4 wheel drive car. It was only just purchased 6 months ago by my wife and me in July 2014 from a local Honda Dealer for £7490 and as such has a transferable Honda Extended Used Warranty which we will pass over to the new owner. It currently has 6 months MOT and Tax on the vehicle. The vehicle has only done around 72,000 miles. It had 66,000 on it when we bought it in July. The body work is in very good condition as is the interior. The boot shows some minor signs of use but overall the car is in a very tidy condition both in and out. It returns on average around 42 combined mpg and is a pleasure to drive. 
The only reason we are selling this vehicle is that although it is very comfortable and pretty spacious, my wife found she needed a slightly larger boot space for use in connection with her work. She runs a dance franchise and sometimes needs to take both passengers as well as her own DJ equipment and lighting etc with her. Mechanically as you would expect from a dealer serviced and sold Honda with such a low mileage it is extremely reliable and as such has no known faults. We did have to replace an interior light bulb but so far that has been it. To keep in line with the warranty it will need to be serviced by the 18th January 2015 at a Honda dealer or when it reaches 78,000 whichever comes first.
The vehicle comes in the Sport trim version and in a lovely shiny metallic grey.
