For sale is a top spec Honda CRX Del Sol. This is the import version of the UK Civic CRX, but with extra features!

The car, unlike most Del Sols of this age, is rust free. There is no rot in the arches and has been waxoyled to prevent it. You can see the original spot welds are present in the arches and the OEM side decals are present.
The Transtop is fully functional and has no issues and is the most attractive feature of this car. Don"t let manual roof owners convince you that they "regularly" break down. I have owned these cars for over 10 years and had no issues where looked after and serviced.
The car is close enough to standard and features extras you won"t find in UK models. It also does not have the common faults, with all of the following being in good order;
The Passenger Mirror FlapThe Glove BoxThe Ash TrayThe Interior Handles
The car has the famously indestructible B16. Unlike UK models, the SiR has an extra 10bhp, bringing it up to 168bhp. The engine doesn"t smoke and the gearbox is smooth with no crunches. I have recently given the car a service (with receipts), replacing the oil and air filters with OEM Honda parts. The spark plugs have been replaced with new NGK plugs, the oil has been replaced and brand new front brake discs and pads have been fitted.
A fresh MOT was added on 04/06/2017. The service, along with some bushes etc where needed to get the car through the test. At present the odometer shows 99,303 and is not expected to go up.
Honesty; the electric aerial suffers from the "machine gun" effect, but is fully functional. The bodywork is great for the age but there are some parking dings, scratches etc. There is no service history available beyond what I have done. Undersealing the car would be a good idea. Other than these issues, I cannot think of anything else, but inspections are more than welcome.
