Hi there here we have an extremely interesting and special car.
Honda Civic 1.6 3 Door
I will start of by saying it is not the cleanest car both me and the previous owner concentrated more of the mechanical side it has had extensive modifications at a huge cost no expensive spared when it came to the engine and clutch and everything else that has been upgraded on it. The previous owner performed most of the modifications so even now I am finding stuff that has been upgraded so I might miss a couple items when listing the modifications below. 
Here is a list of the modifications:
First of all its the Honda B16A 1.6  version the best B16 engine you can get. 160bhp from standard Front camber upper adjustment control arms Has been professionally lowered possibly a bit too low can rub when going round corners or sharp braking  Vtec Airflow controller pre set up for maximum performance£200 Upgraded Grooved Disc brakes which work extremely well.brand new Sports clutch fitted 1000 miles ago very smooth and fast gear changes cost £££Sports exhaust Full Induction kit I also have a cobra bucket seat that could do with relining as theres a slight tear this is not fitted but will come with the car Full floor carpet once again not fitted but will come with the carspare back and front bumper could do with a slight clean up back seats are not fitted but will be included Personalised number plate has been valued at £850 by the DVLA please see photos Recently serviced by previous owner and has 12 moths MOT and taxed till the end of November 4 alloy wheels tyres some life left in them 2 spare back lights that will be includedSpare steering wheel and clocks Loads more that I have missed im sure who ever buy will pick up on loads more even just from viewing the photos HPI cleared 
Ok so the not so good bits In general the body work is tatty a couple of bumps and slight scraps here and there nothing that noticeable but I would like to make you aware please refer to photosinterior has been removed (badly) looks very messy inside but would not be a huge job to tidy up and most parts are included in the sale to do so.It has been made a track car so weighty items have been removed. The drivers side window is stuck about half an inch from full closed so there is some good old gafa tape over it.
I will say again this car is mechanically sound and to a great specification great fun excellent handling and extremely fast but please do not turn up and expect a show room clean car because that is not what this is. A great winter project to tidy up or strip even more for a track car.
