vehicle description:

1999 Isuzu Trooper 3.0 Duty LWB in blue. Currently registered sorn.Mot due 18th JulyDriven till two weeks ago when turbo failed, lots of smoke out of exhaust. Drove fine before turbo failed.Has exhaust leak between exhaust manifold and head so needs new gasket. 4x4 works fine but the 4x4 light on dash flashes when not in 4 wheel drive. Cannot find what the problem is but I believe it"s a relatively common fault, as I say though it goes into and out of 4 wheel drive fine and high low gears.
Owned vehicle from August 2013 covering just over 10000 miles. We have had the following work carried out in that time:Just changed engine oil and filter.Had 4 brand new maxxis tyres on the 16th of Feb so have loads of life in them as they are practically brand new having done few miles.New timing belt, water pump and rocker cover gasket 27th August 2015.Engine oil change 13th March 2015Centre exhaust silencer changed 16th Jan 2015.Front Brake discs and pads and brake hose replaced 19th Jan 2015.Engine oil and filter change 29th August 2014.Exhaust pipe intermediate replaced.Rear brake discs pads and caliper bracket and shoes replaced 2nd April 2014Throttle position sensor recall March 2014.Catalytic converter exhaust repair 17th September 2013.New crankshaft position sensor 2015.New battery 2015.Have also replaced the alternator and power steering box so with a wheel alignment we had done it drives nice now.
There is Isuzu paperwork for the injectors and oil rail switch having been replaced in 2010.
Vehicle is in overall good condition but does have lots of scratches in the paint and signs of rust in the usual Trooper locations, rear door by window frame corners and behind rear passenger doors on wheel arch bottoms, this has gone through on drivers side but not passenger.Underneath is sound.Interior is good but will need a clean and there is wear to the outside of the drivers seat. Generally in good condition.Everything works on the vehicle apart from the electric folding mirrors and the central locking doesn"t lock the boot door but locking boot door locks all other doors.Have not tried the warm up engine switch.Comes with original owners manuals and one key.
Vehicle is now surplus to our requirements. Will need to be towed or trailered due to the smoke coming out of the exhaust. Selling as Spares/Repair due to faulty turbo
