This is the overland model with all the extras including rain sensing wiper satnav and under armor!
the body work is in great condition for age no major dents or scratches.
As you can see it looks fantastic in the best colour with factory blacked out windows and INFINITY sound system.
Comes with original folder, manuals and full service history and 2 remote keys.
It had the following work done at 129183 Supplying and fitting a used replacement engine and injector seats re-cut and bolts replaced
The replacement engine is a MB612
having covered 75000 miles. Engine block and cylinder head only. Transferred all
components. ( pumps, manifolds, turbo, alternator etc)
Removed swirl flaps from inlet manifold and capped off. New Oil, filter and antifreeze.
Supplied new water pump and air filter.
Supplied and fitted new front mintex brake discs and pads. Released seized calliper slide
bars and greased up.
Warranty. We guarantee the injector sealing washers against failure for
20000 miles or 12 months. If the seals fail we will replace free of charge.
No warranty implied or given regarding any parts that are re fit. Ie.
injectors, clamps diesel pipes etc. (copied from invoice)
I have the invoice for this work which was carried out approximately 3000 miles ago.
It has MOT till may but went through last year with a few advisories and a tie rod i think the tyres are getting low but don"t know if they would be ok for next MOT.
Being sold as spares and repair as there is a starting fault when left over night a friend of mine used something called easy start and it started perfectly and ran fine for the rest of the day but he has advised me not to use the stuff as it can cause problems so I haven"t driven it as I have 2 other cars.
It can be driven away or but maybe a trailer would be sensible if you have a long drive I drove to south wales and back about 3 weeks ago and it was fine but its your call.
the other problem is the gearbox has a horrible rumble when you brake at low speeds. It changes gears fine and drives fine but makes a horrible noise when braking at low speed I have been quoted for a second hand gearbox plus fitting for £550
my circumstances have changed and I do not have the money or time to look into getting this sorted I am having to sell my cars and just drive 1 :(
