Professionally installed and fully registered Autogas LPG gas conversion, installed in September 2012 at a cost of £2000 (bill and certificate present).  Autogas is a premium LPG system which starts as soon as the engine is up to temperature, works faultlessly and gives a return of approximately 250 miles for less than £30, with no power loss (LPG is currently 55p per litre (Petrol is £1.10)).  It is also environmentally friendly and you can qualify for a slight reduction on road tax.

Along with a full service, I have recently spent about £700 to bring it back up to a high standard, and it now gives a lovely and smooth drive.
Work has included:
Full service with plugs, oil and filter changes
Full LPG service
New radiator and water pump
New coil packs
ABS pump, wheel bearing, suspension strut and shock absorber
Crankcase breather hose.
This car has lots of power, no strange noises, no warning lights on the dashboard, is reliable and very cheap to run.  All the poise, character, charm and presence of a classic Jaguar,
with the running costs of a Ford Fiesta.

This is not an ordinary Jaguar X Type.  It may be 13 years old but note the great condition, low mileage, automatic gearbox, full leather, full electrics, alloys and the expensive and fully certificated LPG conversion which provides a massive saving on fuel bills.
It is a lovely example of a classic Jaguar and always gets comments on the condition and quality.
