You are bidding on a 2001 Jeep Cherokee2.5 CRD Sport. The car is in very tidy condition for its age and has been well maintained. With the exception of the Air Con (it requires a new hose) everything works as it should.
It has a hands free Bluetooth car kit that works with my IPhone. I assume that it will work with any Bluetooth mobile.
I purchased this vehicle as a winter car for occasional use and it has been great, on the only occasion I had to go off-road it was excellent with the four Wheel Drive system fully functioning with great grip.
Since owning the car I have done one major job which was to the power steering pipework. This was leaking and the parts are now not available from Jeep. I had an exact set of pipes made by Pirtek in oxford and professionally fitted. This is a very common problem on these cars so if you choose another Jeep, check that the pipes are in very solid condition as sourcing bespoke made spares is very expensive.  
The car has also recently spent the day at a Jeep main agent (Unity Oxford) having all the manufactures updates completed. This includes a brand new removable Jeep tow bar (fitted at Jeep’s expense).   GoogleJeep KJ tow bar recall there is loads about it on the internet. So all the recalls have been done. The PAS is perfect and it’s ready to go.
Another common problem on this type of Jeep is crunching in second gear. This one is absolutely fine with no crunches or grumbles from the transmission.
I am only selling due to giving into temptation this weekend and agreeing to buy a Range Rover which will do the winter car job very well. Had this not happened, I would be very happy to use the Jeep for years to come.
