The Kia Sedona (known as the Carnival in some countries) is a versatile MPV and this one has served me well for the past year.
I have now purchased an estate car as I no longer need the amazing capacity of the Sedona, so this is up for sale.  This is the second time I have listed it here as the previous buyer (Owatoba1968) had no idea how to insure it, collect it or drive it home.  Please only bid if you intend to complete the purchase.
The bodywork is straight, with no dents, though there are the inevitable minor scrapes on the plastic bumpers - nothing to detract from the overall pleasing appearance of the car.
The upholstery is in good condition and the seats are very comfortable.  The centre and rear seats all remove individually to create a massive van-like capacity.
I serviced the car in July (at mileage 117500) with replacement oil, air and fuel filters and a new sump plug with washer.  It uses no oil or water and there are no leaks.  Earlier in the year I replaced the rear shock absorber rubbers on each side, this quietened up the rear suspension and improved the handling a lot, though there is still a little noise from the back on a rough road surface.
I have receipts for some of the work carried out by the previous owner, including confirmation of the cam belt and tensioner being changed in June 2011 at 73547 miles.  It also had a new clutch in 2010 at 64961 miles.
The Sedona has a tow bar with electrics which I can confirm work perfectly; this is a very capable towing vehicle.  It also has a roof-mounted DVD player; both the player and the screen power up but I have not had them working; possibly a connection between the two needs locating and fixing.
Until recently I had been using the Sedona every day and on my commute to work of 20 miles each way, the car has been returning a genuine 40mpg which is pretty impressive for a vehicle of this size.  There are a couple of faults which I want the buyer to be aware of.  Firstly, the ABS light comes on within the first few minutes of any journey.  It is my understanding that this is due to one of the sensors not being detected and I have been advised that this may possibly be cured by a wire brush to the toothed wheel on the drive shaft.  Worst case scenario would be a change of sensor.  In normal driving, once the light has come on, braking feels as normal.  Before the light has come on, the ABS sometimes is activated unnecessarily when you brake at very low speeds.  The other issue that the buyer should be aware of is that if extreme acceleration is used in the higher gears, the engine light may come on.  It goes out again next time the car is started.  I am informed that this may represent a sticky injector.  Neither of these issues have prevented me from using the car normally; I intended to get them looked at prior to the next MOT.
